These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Briefly ("we," "us," or "our"), the website at briefly.givingback.ai, and all related services. By using Briefly, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

Briefly is a YouTube analytics and growth reporting service. We help YouTube creators understand their channel performance and identify opportunities for growth. Our service works in two ways:

• Google OAuth connection— You connect your YouTube account and we read your analytics data (read-only) to generate personalized reports.
• CSV upload— You upload a YouTube Analytics CSV export and we analyze it to create a growth report.

We do not post, modify, or delete any content on your YouTube channel. Our access is strictly read-only.

2. Account & User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account or uploading data.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You may only upload data for YouTube channels you own or have authorization to analyze.
• You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to access data belonging to other users, reverse-engineering our systems, or using automated tools to scrape our service.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use Briefly.

3. Google OAuth & YouTube Data

When you connect your YouTube account via Google OAuth, you grant us read-only access to your YouTube Analytics and channel information. You can revoke this access at any time through your Google Account permissions page. Our use of Google data is governed by our Privacy Policy and complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy.

4. Intellectual Property

The reports we generate are created for your personal use. You own your YouTube data. We retain the right to our report formats, algorithms, analysis frameworks, and branding. You may share your report with others, but you may not resell our reports or represent them as your own service.

5. Report Accuracy

Our reports are generated using a combination of AI analysis and human expertise. While we strive for accuracy, our recommendations are suggestions based on data analysis, not guarantees of YouTube performance. YouTube's algorithm and policies may change at any time, and results will vary.

6. Limitation of Liability

Briefly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
• We are not responsible for decisions you make based on our reports or recommendations.
• Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or $50 if you have not paid anything).

7. Service Availability

We aim to keep Briefly available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

8. Termination

You may stop using Briefly and request account deletion at any time by emailing sauravsharma011@gmail.com. We may terminate or suspend your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the service. Upon termination, we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by email or by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if necessary, in the courts of appropriate jurisdiction.
